Developers

During the planning and pre-build phase, we can assist with reviewing site layouts and specifications, helping to ensure that buildings and communal areas are designed with practical, ongoing management in mind.

Solicitors

We regularly work with solicitors acting for developers, freeholders, and Residential Management Companies. Our role is to provide practical insight into how a building or estate will operate once occupied.

This can include contributing to the drafting and review of leases, advising on service charge structures, and offering guidance on compliance with current legislation. We also assist with matters such as deeds of variation, lease extensions, ground rent collection processes, and record keeping, ensuring that documentation reflects the realities of day-to-day management. 

By involving a managing agent early in the process, solicitors can help their clients put in place robust and workable management arrangements that stand the test of time.

Estate and Letting Agents

Many of the developments we manage are overseen by RMC Directors who choose to appoint a managing agent to take on the day-to-day responsibilities of running their building or estate. We provide structured support, clear financial reporting, contractor management, compliance oversight, and regular communication, allowing Directors and property owners to hand over responsibility with confidence.
