Ian is the Managing Director of Red Brick Management. He founded the Company in 2009 with 25 years’ experience under his belt of working within the property sector since starting in commercial property at Hunting Gate Group and HG Construction in 1998 and founded his first Management Agency (Amber Management) in 2005. He has been a Member of the TPI (previously IRPM) since 2010, completed his AssocRICS in 2012 and holds a diploma in Management Accounting since 2014.
As well as acting MD, Ian acts a Freeholder to various developments, dealing with Leasehold Valuations and Lease Extensions, Dispute Resolution and overseeing Service Charge Accounting.
Ian is actively involved with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021.
Outside of work Ian enjoys spending time with his two children and is into his sports and fitness. He is a Luton Town Football Club season ticker holder and has run 5 Marathons and over 150 park runs.
After finishing university and working several years in estate agency, Lucie started her career within the property management industry in 2005 at Amber Management. Alongside Ian in 2009 she moved across to Red Brick. As acting Director and Senior Property Manager within the Company, Lucie achieved her MTPI (previously IRPM) in 2012 and completed her AssocRICS in 2013.
Lucie moved from her role as Property Manager to New Business Manager in 2020 and now predominantly deals with the New Business Sector actively pursuing leads and securing new appointments in addition to Company Marketing and Branding. She still however assists the Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios.
Out of the office, Lucie enjoys long weekends breaks in the remote English countryside with her husband and Mini Bull Terrier. She is an avid animal lover with a keen interest in dog behaviour.

Mitchell joined Red Brick as an Assistant Property Manager in early 2022 due to the promotion of Assistants to Property Managers within the Company. This was a career change for Mitchell having previously worked in the hospitality sector since 2014. However, he was able to utilise his people skills in his role as an assistant.
In mid-2023 he was promoted to a Property Manager and at the beginning of 2025 he was promoted to Head of Property Management when the position became available. Mitchell now oversees the management and supports a team of 14 property and assistant property managers with all leasehold and freehold related matters, especially with regard to the latest Fire Safety Regulations across our managed leasehold developments. He is a customer focused property professional with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders. He will always take a proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving as is in his view “property management is about more than just maintaining buildings it is about managing people’s homes which is what matters most”.
In July 2025, due to his continued support and professionalism within the Company, Mitchell was promoted to a Director of Red Brick Management alongside his role as Head of Property Management.
Mitchell is currently studying towards his TPI qualifications.
Outside of work, he loves to travel and take an avid interest into anything history or architecture.

Lauren has worked in the property management sector since 2019 and joined the Red Brick team as an Assistant Property Manager in early 2021. In 2022, Lauren was promoted to Property Manager when a position became available, taking over her own established portfolio covering the Home Counties, and managing an individual leasehold development of over 200 units.
In July 2025, having demonstrated strong leadership skills and competency in handling complex matters, Lauren was promoted to Senior Property Manager.
She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with residents, clients, and contractors. She is always on hand to offer advice and guidance to colleagues and is committed to providing a supportive and approachable service.
Lauren is currently working towards her ATPI (Level 3) qualification.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and attending live music concerts (especially when Harry Styles is involved!!) whenever she can.
Simon joined the Red Brick team as an Assistant Property Manager in 2021. This was a career change for Simon who had previous works in sales and in 2022 was promoted to a Property Manager taking over his own established portfolio covering London and the Home Counties.
Simon works alongside three Assistants and is currently working towards his TPI qualifications.
Jon joined Red Brick as an Assistant Property Manager in early 2022 due to the promotion of Assistants to Property Managers within the Company. This was a career change for Jon having formally worked in building constriction sales since 2013. In early 2024, Jon was promoted to a Property Manager due to the retirement of one of our senior Property Managers.
He takes pride in providing personalised property management services with integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to any development. Before working in property management, he worked for years in the roofing industry, so always enjoy a good roofing project!
He manages a varied portfolio with assistance from two Assistant Property Managers and is currently studying to obtain his ATPI (Level 2) qualification.
Out of the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his partner and rescue dog and is an avid gamer.
Ben joined the Red Brick team in early 2023. Ben had previously worked in the customer services sector since 2011, as so was able to bring this vast experience with him and apply his knowledge within the role initially as an assistant, now Property Manager.
In February 2025, Ben was promoted to a Property Manager due to the succussion of a fellow team member and now managers a varied portfolio across the Home Counties, sharing three Assistants.
Bradley joined the Red Brick team in mid-2023. Brad had previously worked as a search administrator for a property company dealing with planning applications and land searches, liaising with property vendors and purchasers, and so was able to bring this customer based experience with him and apply his knowledge within the role as an assistant.
In early 2025 Brad was promoted to a Property Manager due to the succussion of a fellow team member and now managers a varied portfolio across the Home Counties and West Country, sharing three Assistants
Daniil joined Red Brick as an Assistant Property Manager in early 2024 due to the promotion of Assistants to Property Managers within the Company, as one of our long-standing senior Property Manager had retired. Dan was a newcomer to the property industry having previously worked in the retail industry. Having studied Journalism at University, a course that was unfortunately disrupted by COVID at the time, he has reembraced his career into Property Management and hoped to learn and progress further in the sector. He has showed great enthusiasm in his role as an assistant which resulted in his promotion to a Property Manager in June 2026, when a position became available.
Dan manages a varied portfolio with sites in throughout London and Hertfordshire with assistance from two Assistant Property Managers.
Outside of work, Dan is a Liverpool fan through and through and would also understand if you are unable to spell his surname first try!
Ellie alongside Daniil joined Red Brick as an Assistant Property Manager in early 2024 due to the promotion of Assistants to Property Managers within the Company. Ellie was also a newcomer to the property industry having previously worked in the retail and customer services industry, and therefore was able to bring her customer based experience with and apply her knowledge and people skills within the role as an assistant
In early 2026 Ellie was promoted to a Property Manager and now managers a varied portfolio covering London and the Home Counties with support from three Assistants. Her portfolio consists of purpose-built development and freehold estates.
Since the start of her working career, I have consistently worked in roles where delivering exceptional customer service has always been a top priority. In her current position, she carries this commitment forward by ensuring that everyone she interacts with, whether that be leaseholders, clients, contractors, or tenants, receives a high standard of service. In doing so, she strives to remain approachable, responsive, and proactive, always aiming to resolve concerns efficiently and effectively.
Throughout my career, she has come to believe that even the smallest interactions can leave a lasting impression, and this is something she carries in her role as a Property Manager.
In the past couple of years, outside of work Ellie has found an interest in baking, and loves being able to bring in some homemade treats for her colleagues. She has also developed a love for reading and have almost read every book from Freida McFadden
Tom is one of the newest members to our Property Management team having joined us alongside Oliwia in July 2026. He currently accompanies Francesca as an Assistant Property Manager assisting Senior Property Manager Lauren and Property Manager Simon, with their portfolios.
Tom is a newcomer to the property industry, having come from the retail sector, but has shown great enthusiasm in his role as an assistant so far.
Oliwia is one of our newest members to our Property Management team having joined us just after Amairah in July 2026. She currently accompanies Tom and Amairah as an Assistant Property Manager assisting Property Managers, Brad, Ellie and Jon with their portfolios.
Oliwia has previously been involved within the administrative and property sector, and from 2020 to 2025 worked for one of the largest Out of Hours residential property support providers to residential property management companies likes ourselves across the UK, dealing with emergency call handling and arranging property repairs to managed developments, block and estates. Therefore, these skills have been completely transferable to her role as an Assistant.
Amairah is one of our newest members to our Property Management team having joined us in June 2026. She accompanies Oliwia and Tom as an Assistant Property Manager assisting Property Managers, Brad, Jon and Ellie with their portfolios.
Since 2015, Amairah has been involved within the property and construction sector, prior to that she has had front facing administrative roles. She worked within the residential lettings industry for 8 years and therefore, has been able to bring this vast experience with her to apply to her new role.
Francesca alongside Tom J, joined Red Brick as an Assistant Property Manager in early 2025 due to the promotion of Assistants to Property Managers within the Company. Francesca is a newcomer to the property industry having previously worked in the retail industry, but has shown great enthusiasm in her role as an assistant.
She has developed a strong understanding of the sector and enjoy the variety the role offers, from supporting development projects to assisting leaseholders. Fran assists with maintenance matters, support the company’s solicitor, and manages the company’s social media. Her goal is to continue developing her skills and progress to a Property Manager role.
Fran assists a team of three Property Managers with their varied portfolios, alongside another two Assistants.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Tom alongside Francesca joined Red Brick as an Assistant Property Manager in early 2025 due to the promotion of Assistants to Property Managers within the Company. Tom is also a newcomer to the property industry having previously worked in the retail and customer services industry, and therefore has been able to bring his customer based experience with and apply his knowledge and people skills within the role as an assistant

Nicola joined Red Brick as an Assistant Property Manager in February 2025. With over 24 years experience in the London property industry having worked for several corporate letting agencies, Nicola so was able to bring this experience with her and apply this knowledge within her role as an assistant.
Nicola assists a team of three Property Managers with their varied portfolios, alongside another two Assistants.
Jade is the newest member to our Property Management team having joined us in September 2025. She accompanies Nicola as an Assistant Property Manager assisting Property Managers, Simon and new promoted Dan with their portfolios.
Since 2021, Jade has been involved within the administrative sector, working in various roles handling appointment scheduling, dealing with clients, maintaining databases in both the hospitality and medical industry. Although a newcomer to the property industry, the experience gained within her previous roles is well suited to this new position.
Drew is the newest member to join our Accounts Department in 2026. She is currently studying towards her AAT and is in the process of completing Levels 2-4. She wishes to continue her accounting career by completing her ACCA qualification. Drew has come from an administrative background both public facing and behind the scenes in managerial roles and therefore, has been able to bring across her knowledge and skills from this working environment.
Drew works as an account’s assistant alongside Susan, Jacob and Lauren assisting with purchase ledger, debt collection and credit control.
Susan has worked in the finance and accounts department of various companies for nearly 40 years. She joined the accounts team at Red Brick as an Accounts Assistant in late 2023, bringing across her wealth of knowledge.
Susan predominantly deals with the credit control department, invoicing service charge and ground rent demands, updating tenant balances, preparing cases for debt collection and daily bank reconciliations.
Jacob joined the accounts department in 2024 and is currently studying towards his CIMA qualification, having previously completed his Level 3 Associate Bookkeeping membership. He brings valuable experience from his role as an accounts assistant within a small accountancy firm, alongside earlier experience as an accounts apprentice at North Herts Council, giving him a well-rounded grounding across multiple accounting environments.
Working closely with Susan, Jacob alongside the newer members Lauren and Drew, plays a key role in supporting the finance function, with responsibility for purchase ledger, service charge invoicing, and the preparation of year-end accounts. He contributes to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring processes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Jacob is committed to progressing his career in accountancy and takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable financial information that supports effective decision-making. He has a strong interest in understanding the wider impact of finance within a business and continuously developing his technical knowledge.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing football and going to the gym, and is known for his competitive spirit and dry sense of humour.
Lauren joined our Accounts Department towards the end of 2025. She’s been working in a finance-based role for the last 7 years and supported 15 schools with all aspects of finance, from ordering supplies, raising invoices, making payments to month-end reporting. Lauren also has previous experience at Pentagon (a debt management company) which could be very beneficial with aspects of this role.
Lauren as with Jacob and now Drew, works as an account’s assistant alongside Susan assisting with purchase ledger, debt collection and credit control.
Maria has been working within the legal profession since 2000 and has worked for a number of firms within their legal departments in varying roles. She joined the Red Brick team in mid-2022 bringing with her these skills.
Maria’s main role with the Company is dealing with Conveyancing and Property Sales of the managed properties under our care and interacting daily with conveyancing firms and vendors, preparing the required documents for sale and transfer.
