What we are doing to protect you from Coronavirus

We understand that the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to present risk and worry to everyone. At RedBrick we are mindful of how we can help minimise the risk of spreading the virus, whilst at the same time continuing to provide as many of our normal property management services as possible.

Whilst our office remains open the majority of our staff are working from home. We already had systems in place to enable our staff to work from home or other remote locations and will continue to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible. 

Our Coronavirus measures include

Below are the current measures we are taking to reduce the risks associated with Coronavirus. We will update these as necessary depending on advice from the national Government, local authorities, and other industry experts.

  • We ask you to not visit our office or any other appointments if you have tested positive for Coronavirus, or if you have any cold or flu symptoms. 
  • Where possible all management company directors’ meetings are being carried out via a conference call. 
  • We have delayed calling Annual General Meetings where possible, and if they need to be called we will look to do them via a conference call where possible. 
  • There will be a continued need for property visits in order to carry out essential maintenance and compliance.
  • Staff and contractors will attend sites if they have no symptoms.
  • We will keep the length of our site visits to the minimum and ensure good hand sanitation throughout.

Each block was 17 apartments over 4 storeys and build over a gated undercroft car park.

Facilities present include 2 lifts, 2 sets of vehicle gates, water booster pumps as well as fire facilities such as emergency lighting and smoke detectors.

31 flats build in 1938 the development was in a poor condition and maintenance had not been carried out to any standard for years,
