Our highly experienced property managers visit each of their developments regularly, undertaking detailed site surveying to take care of arranging maintenance work such as:

Our reactive maintenance service guarantees that such issues are identified and addressed promptly and any dilapidations costs taken care of.
Our property managers take care to source independent contractors in order to obtain practical quotations which offer value for money for our clients. For general maintenance work we typically obtain 2 – 3 quotes, choosing the best quote for the property.
For more extensive maintenance work, we obtain a minimum of 3 quotes, before obtaining residents’ input into their preferred option.

After surveying, the dedicated property manager from our specialist team will report back to our client with details of the maintenance checks undertaken, any potential issues identified and any further areas of improvement that we recommend.
