Whether you are a leaseholder and freeholder currently managed by Red Brick Management, your introduction could help a resident find a more proactive and dependable managing agent.

If you know someone who needs proactive, transparent and experienced support with the management of a residential development, leasehold apartment block, mixed tenure scheme or private housing estate, our referral scheme allows you to introduce them to us.

If your referral leads to Red Brick Management being appointed as their managing agent, you will receive £500 credited to your service charge account within three months from commencement of the new contract as a thank you.

Referral Scheme information

How does the referral scheme work?

1. Send us the details of the site you would like to refer.
2. We will contact the relevant decision-maker to understand their requirements.
3. If Red Brick Management is successfully appointed as managing agent, you will receive £500.

If you would like to recommend our services to a potential new client, please complete the form on this page to make a referral. 

Terms of this offer

• This referral scheme is exclusively for existing clients of Red Brick Management. 
• You must introduce a Director of a Residents Management Company or Right to Manage Company, or a Freehold owner of a block of flats or housing estate, who is formally listed as a Director on Companies House for that Management, Right to Manage, or Freehold Company. 
• The recommended site must be over 6 units in size and located within the areas we cover.
• The referral must be made before we have already entered into discussions with the referred party.
•  The £500 referral payment is payable only when Red Brick Management is successfully appointed as managing agent for the referred development following your introduction. Subject to stated eligibility criteria.
• Payment will be credited to your service charge account after three months of appointment on a minimum 12 month rolling contract.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you make, but recommendations must meet our eligibility criteria. Payment of £500 will be paid for each eligible site we take management of.
• Red Brick Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time.
