Direct Debit Payments

We have recently agreed Direct Debit Facilities and will accept payments by Direct Debits both annually and monthly from 1st January 2018.  We have changed our Service Charge and Ground Rent demands to have details on how to set these up rather than our old Standing Order system. Our accounts department has had training with our software provider Qube Global and our systems have been configured to process these transactions.

The Difference between Direct Debits and Standing Orders.

A standing order is a regular payment that you can set up to pay other people, organisations or transfer to your other bank accounts. You can amend or cancel the standing order as and when you like. A Direct Debit can only be set up by the organisation to which you’re making the payment.

Process

  1. You will be asked to complete a Direct Debit Mandate (paper form or online)
  2. We will send you written confirmation of the Direct Debit on
  3. We will send you an “advance notice” detailing amounts to be taken and frequency at least 10 days before payment.
  4. We will take the payment.

Benefits of Direct Debits

Improved Cash Flow for our clients.

Peace of mind to residents/owners that they will not miss payments.
