Ian Harvey AIRPM – Managing Director

Experience: 13 years experience in property management,  from  Amber Estate Management Limited T/A Amber Management, Corporate Property Management Limited, CPM Asset Management Limited, HG Construction Limited and Hunting Gate Group Limited.   

Education: After completing A-Levels studied Accountancy towards CIMA, before taking a break in studies to form own business. Ian is an Associate of the IRPM.

Responsibilities:  Internal Accounts, Service Charge Accounting, Legal Issues, New Business, Problem solving, ARMA Representative and FSA Compliance.  

Shareholding in Company: 90%

Interest out of work: Cycling, Running, Football, Carp Fishing, Travelling and Socialising.

Lucie Williams  BA Hons  AIRPM – Director of Property Management

Experience: 8 years experience in property management and estate agency work, from  Amber Estate Management Limited T/A Amber Management and REG Homes

Education: After completing her A-Levels, gained a BA Hons Degree in French with Spanish at London Metropolitan University.  Lucie is an Associate of the IRPM

Responsibilities: Head of Property Management, Customer Care and Day to Day Property Management.

Shareholding in Company: 10%

Keith Hughes ACIB  - Associate Director

Experience: 18 years experience in property management,  from  Amber Estate Management Limited T/A Amber Management, Corporate Property Management Limited, CPM Asset Management Limited, Barclays Bank and Rialto Homes.

Education: After studying CSES and O-Levels Keith qualified as an  Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers

Responsibilities: All day to day aspects of Property Management in Western England and Wales.

Interest out of work: Squash, Football, Horse Racing and Socialising.  

Sarah Johnson – Company Secretary / Property Manager

Experience: 8 years experience in property management,  from  Amber Estate Management Limited T/A Amber Management and CPM Asset Management Limited.

Education: After completing her A-Levels Sarah completed a NVQ in Business.

Responsibilities: All day to day aspects of Property Management and Acting as Company Secretary for our clients.

Interest out of work: Gym, Cookery, Cinema/films, Travelling and Socialising.

Chris Wingfield  – Property Manager

Experience:  9 years experience in property management,  from  Amber Estate Management Limited T/A Amber Management and CPM Asset Management Limited.

Education: Chris is originally from Southern Africa where he completed his studies, obtaining a City and Guilds in Photography through Kodak.

Responsibilities: All day to day aspects of Property Management.

Interest out of work: Photography, Fishing, Writing and Astronomy.

Steven Cole BSC hons – Financial Controller

Experience: 4 years experience in property management, previously worked at Amber Estate Management Limited T/A Amber Management, previously worked for Waitrose and the John Lewis Partnership

Education: After completing A-Levels, gained a BSC Hons Degree in Computer Science at Hertfordshire University.  

Responsibilities: Service Charge Accounts, Credit Control, Supplier Payments and IT Systems.

Annie Dawson – Property Manager

Experience: 2 years experience in property management. Previously worked for Beehive Dental Practice.

Education: After completing A-Levels in Business, Sociology and English, Annie is studying towards an IRPM qualification.

Responsibilities: All day to day aspects of Property Management.   

Interest out of work: Haberdashery, Walking, Travelling, Cookery and Socialising.

Annabel Moreham – Assistant Property Manager

Experience: Annabel started at Red Brick in November 2011 after completing her University Degree.

Education: After completing A-Levels in English and Psychology Annabel achieved a 2:1 Joint BA (Hons) in combined History and English at Oxford Brookes University.

Responsibilities: All day to day aspects of assisting Property Managers.   

Interest out of work: Travelling, music, reading and keeping fit.
